Nicki Minaj Making Billboard History
I'm all about Girl Power so I am happy to support Nicki Minaj breaking a
Billboard record. She is the first female rapper to have 7 songs in the Billboard top 100 in the same year. Nicki is truly doing her thing! She's breaking records without releasing an album. Marketing at it's finest! =)
I'm definitely looking forward to her album, "Pink Friday" which will be released November 23........

My New Addiction: House of Glam
Oxygen's new uber fab show, "House of Glam" |
If you love fashion and glam, take my advice and check out this show Tuesday nights on Oxygen. You will not be disappointed.
Gabrielle Union.....Trend Setter
I consider myself a fan of A-list Actress Gabrielle Union. I can't think of many movies she's been in that I didn't like. Another thing that makes me a true fan is how she's always stunning on the red carpet too so imagine my excitement when I discovered she's starting her own clothing line! The best part about it is her line will cater to ALL sizes. The inspiration for the line is Gabrielle's "full-figured sister who has a hard time finding stylish clothes that fit well." Gabrielle plans to debut her collection with HSN/QVC.
I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what her line looks like! I hope it's as fab as she is.

The Scent of an American Idol
Jordin Sparks celebrated the launch of her new fragrance today at the Bryant Park Hotel in New York. She looked uber fantastic in a one-shoulder pink satin dress with strappy black stilletto heels. The scent, Because of You, was named in honor of her fans. It's a "fruity floriental perfume" with a mix of orange blossom, clementine, peony, musk, vanilla bean, blond woods and few other scents.
The fragrance will be released this month exclusively at dots.com and Dots Stores with a special introductory rate of $9.50 for a 2.5 fl oz bottle. The affordable price will increase to $14.95 when it's released nationwide at Target stores on November 1st.

Hi!
Thank you for checking out my blog. This is my very first post so let me introduce myself. My name is Eboni and I am a California girl to the fullest. I was born in California, grew up in California and really can't imagine ever leaving. I've always been someone who is into fashion and music. I've been singing since I was about three years old and probably trying on my moms heels since that age too. =)
I've always been what society considers overweight and I admit I had some difficulty in my middle school and high school years in finding my fashion identity. There was a time when there were hardly any options for women who wanted to be stylish but were curvy. I probably didn't find fashion freedom until I got out of high school. I was finally making my own money and I didn't have to get my mom's opinion on what clothes to buy with HER money.
Today, I consider myself a true full-figured fashionista. My size is not a limitation. I wear stylish clothes and I'm complimented everyday on them. I'm here to give you fashion ideas, fashion updates and also learn from you other fashionistas out there no matter what your size.
The other part of this blog that I will focus on is music. Although I have a love for R&B and Hip-Hop music, I will focus on other kinds of music that catch my ear. I'm looking forward to learning about new artists from you as well.
We will talk about fashion, music, love and life so consider me part of your F.A.M.
